360i Named Agency of the Year & Best Agency for Social by iMedia

in 360i News, Social Marketing with tags ,

360i has won Agency of the Year and Best Agency for Social Media in the 2012 iMedia Awards. We’re honored to be selected from a pool of more than 200 nominees across all categories. iMedia notes that they selected us for Agency of the Year for our unrivaled ability to navigate change and for using data-driven insights to power all of our programs.

“We talk a lot about what it means to understand digital, but what often goes overlooked in that conversation is the fact that digital is always changing,” writes iMedia. “What sets 360i apart from the pack is that the agency doesn’t just understand that digital is in a constant state of change, it embraces that change.”

Citing recent work like Oscar Mayer’s Great American Bacon Barter, iMedia noted our unique ability to use insights to approach our clients’ business challenges from untapped angles. With regards to identifying an opportunity to own conversations around bacon for Oscar Mayer, iMedia states that “where other agencies might have dropped a solid idea into that fertile discussion, 360i took the opportunity to raise the bar with a concept too powerful to ignore.”

Recognition like this – and the work that supports it – is humbling validation of our philosophy for marketing in the digital age. A Best Social Agency nod and overall Agency of Year citing a “powerful creative concept” coming just one month after being named a “Leader” in Forrester’s WAVE Report on search practices recognizes the breadth and depth of our capabilities. We believe that agencies don’t need to trade specialization for simplicity, and we look forward to building upon our model as an integrated agency with world-class specialties as our anchors.

Congratulations to the entire team at 360i and to our extended team of clients and partners, without whom awards like this would not be possible.
