Ben & Jerry’s has selected 360i to serve as the brand’s strategic digital agency of record for its U.S. package and retail business, overseeing its digital strategy and creative activation, social marketing and select media planning and buying.
Mike Hayes of Ben & Jerry’s, told Ad Age that the brand sought a partner to help push the envelope and develop better relationships with fans online, as digital is a growing part of its marketing mix. “360i had proven they are really at the forefront of a lot of things in the digital space, especially social media. We’re looking for someone to help bring us to the next level.”
