360i Press Release: Google Names 360i A “Marketing Machine”

NEW YORK – November 1, 2007 – 360i, a search-focused digital agency, today announced that Google has bestowed its Marketing Machine Award to 360i. This quarterly award recognizes one agency for their thought-leadership, account growth and teamwork using Google’s Advertising Platform. 360i is the first search-centric digital agency to win this award.

A recent example of Google and 360i integration was a recent ad effectiveness study designed to draw a correlation between online display advertising and online engagement, awareness, tune-in and search results. Together with NBC Entertainment, 360i and Google studied the effectiveness of advertising on Google’s display network across Google’s highly targeted and efficient auction-based network, including video advertising. The campaign produced a 60 percent increase in unaided awareness, he said; viewers were more likely to discuss the show with others. A spike in awareness led to a spike in search activity, with increases of up to 114 percent in branded searches.
