We launched #EqualVoices to support those who were unable to participate in International Women’s Day, sent 4 ambassadors to SXSW to report back on the latest industry trends, and hosted our second iteration of ‘the den’ in Chicago to teach nonprofits how to be smart marketers in the digital age.

Associate Account Director (New York, NY) – 360i is looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring Associate Account Director to serve as the day-to-day business owner for both client and internal teams. This person must be able to support the planning and execution of detailed, custom media programs, as well as the implementation of integrated marketing strategies across digital. This role will be hands-on in terms of providing strategic direction, developing plans for growth, and being viewed as a trusted advisor for clients. The role requires a proactive, energetic person who develops healthy, trustworthy team and client bonds. The ideal candidate can command inter-disciplinary teams and serve as the client-facing team lead.
Supervisor, Programmatic (Los Angeles, CA) – We’re looking for someone with programmatic experience that can help lead our clients into the new age of media buying. This person should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad audience, be organized and detailed oriented, and possess a passion to be a programmatic evangelist. The ideal candidate knows the ins and outs of programmatic buying tools and can dissect campaign performance and implement optimizations that improve performance. The role requires engaging with Media and Account teams to evangelize our approach to programmatic solutions and identify areas for improvement/growth. All candidates must be comfortable with working in a cross-office environment and possess a start-up mentality.
HR Generalist (Chicago, IL) – 360i is looking for a Manager of Human Resources to drive organizational change, business innovation and overall talent development for the Chicago office, with an employee base of 60+. Working on behalf of one of the fastest growing and pioneering digital media agencies, the Manager of HR will help to develop, direct, manage and oversee a best-in-class, strategic HR organization focused on progressive people management practices for an evolving Chicago office. This person must have a minimum of five years of human resources experience.
Account Manager (Atlanta, GA) – We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as one of the day-to-day leads with both client and internal teams, support the planning and execution of detailed media programs, as well as the implementation of integrated marketing strategies across paid search, display, paid social media and SEO. The role requires a proactive, energetic person who develops healthy, trustworthy team and client bonds. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of online/digital account management and approaches challenges with the intent of resolution.
Senior Financial Analyst (New York, NY) – This is a multi-faceted role with exposure to the various elements of client finance in addition to the more typical month and quarter end close responsibilities. This person will be responsible for contributing to mid-month and month end close procedures, financial reporting, variance commentary, and budget updates, but will also get the opportunity to help out on new business pricing, continued transition/integration efforts, resource allocation and mapping as well as on-boarding of new clients. This person will gain exposure to a wider spectrum of media agency finance than is typical for a financial reporting role. This is a great opportunity for ambitious finance professionals looking to continue advancing within the industry as this role will give the candidate a broad understanding of how an agency works behind the scenes.
