August has officially arrived, ushering in the sad countdown to the end of summer and with it, the end of internship season. But we’re not saying goodbye to our beloved interns just yet – in fact we’re adding one more to the mix before the fall semester calls them back to school. And no, they won’t be refilling coffee or running errands, they’ll be put to the ultimate task in our LA office, making 360i’s First Ever Robot Intern program a success!
Introducing, 360i’s First Robot Intern – Are you an aspiring creative human? Congratulations! You’re pre-qualified for the robot internship. Here’s how it works: 1) live wherever you want, b) work at 360i LA remotely through our fancy telepresence robot. It’s just that easy. Operating on a flexible, weekly schedule, the Robot Intern will beam into our LA office using our fancy telepresence robot and work on real client briefs, attend internal creative meetings and present work from inside a 4-foot-tall robot. Digital Producer (New York, NY) – We are looking for a digital producer who will be responsible for managing integrated projects from kick-off to delivery. The producer is the point person for all day-to-day internal project responsibilities. This person is client facing and works with an interdisciplinary team to raise the bar in all creative engagements. Being the point of contact for all departments and clients, the producer is the person clients and internal team members rely on for everything they need to know about a project: next steps, identifying the objective, selecting the best partners for us to tap and creative problem solving. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the mix and balance of business, creative, and technical work.
Art Director (New York, NY) – We are looking for an art director who has a passion for social media. This person is a creative thinker, someone who thrives in fast-paced, real-time creative environment and understands what makes good social content. You will serve as the primary creative lead on all branded initiatives within social communities, be responsible for driving engagement and fan activity around a defined topic, and lead creative pitches to the client. Responsibilities include participating in photo shoots on a weekly basis, leading art direction in brainstorms, and developing an ongoing editorial calendar with your art direction. You will also align with the Group Creative Director on all outgoing content and conceptualization of graphics, photo, or video content assets in addition to staying up to date on new social media content best practices.
Media Manager (Atlanta, GA) – This role requires an understanding of paid search marketing to assist in the development of strategies, provide recommendations and manage our client budgets and bidding. The media manager must be organized, well-spoken and have leadership qualities as they manage projects to meet client needs. This position requires the ability to manage one’s own time between multiple projects and clients. This person must be able to master and maintain vast knowledge of client business, competition, and latest industry news and trends in order to communicate regularly and accurately with the leadership team to successfully manage the account.
Paid Social Supervisor (Chicago, IL) – The Paid Social Supervisor will drive paid social strategy development and oversee its execution for one of the world’s leading retail brands. The ideal candidate must have Paid Social experience and preferably other digital media channel experience. This position requires leadership skills and is responsible for the overall operational and developmental growth of their team. This supervisor will be a point person for their team, working hand-in-hand with our clients on channel strategy and across disciplines internally to effectively deliver excellence.
