Soon allergies will flare up, the sun will rise a little sooner, and we’ll start shedding those heavy winter coats (don’t know about you, but we’re really looking forward to the extra elbow room). Director of Creative Talent (New York, NY) – The Creative Talent Manager will be responsible for supporting our business by partnering with our CCO to help foster an environment where creativity can grow and thrive. They will also support, direct, and coordinate the casting of creative talent and optimize resource utilization within the group. He/She will oversee Resource Management on day-to-day staffing needs while keeping project planning and resource bandwidth in mind. This person should be able to handle multiple priorities extremely well, find and attract great talent, and manage talent responsibly.

Senior Data Scientist (Atlanta, GA) – This person will work directly with 360i clients, media teams, and account leadership to improve marketing programs’ performance with advanced analytics. Responsibilities include extracting information from a variety of large data sources in order to build complex models of dynamic economic environments and consulting with clients on commercial strategy projects. Business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate technical work to non-technical audiences are essential. The ideal candidate for this role has expertise in developing multivariate statistical tests, time-series forecasts, and segmentation models to solve real-world business problems. Advanced Excel, R or Python, and SQL skills are essential.  Experience with cloud-based computing, machine learning, UNIX, digital marketing, and/or Bayesian time-series forecasting methods is preferred but not required.

Manager, Paid Social (Los Angeles, CA) – We’re looking for someone with a general understanding of integrated media including print, broadcast, digital, social mobile and marketing collateral. They will monitor pacing and optimization of campaigns daily, launch new ads from self-serve tools, communicate with vendors and reps, and provide actionable recommendations based on data. This person must have a solid understanding of DFA and other media related tools, and an expert knowledge of trends and tools for paid social media platforms. Experience in other digital advertising channels such as SEM, Programmatic, or Display is a plus.

Copywriter (New York, NY) – 360i is looking for a creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, real-time creative environment and understands what makes good digital and social content. This person will concept inspiring, innovative copy solutions for a variety of brands and businesses. As a Copywriter, you will partner with creative directors, designers and strategists to develop concepts and copy across a wide variety of media and project types. The Copywriter will collaborate on anything from original online campaigns to adding a voice to complex large-scale websites. This person should have 5+ years of experience in an advertising or direct marketing agency, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Associate Media Manager (Chicago, IL) – 360i is looking for an Associate Media Manager with digital marketing experience to implement paid media campaigns. This person must have a detail-oriented mind and have the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. This person will be a key component of the overall success of the media team, our clients, and 360i as a whole as he or she will be responsible for optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other misc. projects and planning. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives on success, motivation, and innovation and embraces fast-paced environments where the potential for growth is limitless.
