Director, New Business (Media Focus) (New York, NY) – The Director of New Business will be responsible for providing both strategic and project management support for new client business initiatives, including new business pitches, organic growth opportunities and other initiatives. In addition, they’ll be tasked with strategic new business planning, vetting and qualifying opportunities, and contributing to the agency’s processes and mechanisms to pitch new business to the highest quality. We’re looking for someone with 7+ years in a new business and/or senior account role at an agency involved in new business for integrated media pitches. A proven ability to think strategically and manage complex timelines is a must.
Associate Media Manager (Los Angeles, CA) – This entry-level role is an opportunity to join a growing team on a high profile account within the entertainment category. This role will be part of a fast-paced team and one that will include involvement from various departments, providing the chance to fully integrate into the exciting culture at 360i. This person will be responsible for day-to-day management of campaigns against their assigned clients, supporting their immediate Media Managers/Supervisor/Director. There is a high degree of accountability and ownership in this role, including the development and execution of campaigns, budgets, optimization and analysis of results, and providing proactive recommendations.
Search Analyst (Chicago, IL) – This role requires an eager and passionate individual seeking to bring new ideas and develop rich experiences within Search. This person must have a detail oriented mind with the ability to multitask and think outside of the box. Additionally, this person must demonstrate critical thinking and be resourceful in gathering data and processing data and turning it into actionable insights. The Search Analyst will be a key component in the overall success of an integrated search team, our clients and 360i, as they are responsible for optimizing, reporting and implementing both paid and natural campaigns to meet and surpass client success metrics. This position requires close collaboration with both SEO and Paid Search teams as well as Account Management, Advanced Analytics and Technology.
Senior Account Manager (Atlanta, GA) – 360i is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to partner with a peer Senior Account Manager, supporting the planning and execution of detailed media programs, as well as the implementation of integrated marketing strategies across paid search, display, paid social media and SEO. The position requires a proactive, energetic person who develops healthy, trustworthy team and client bonds. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of online/digital account management experience, and is curious, positive, and an efficient communicator.
Supervisor, Programmatic (Los Angeles, CA) – We’re looking for someone with programmatic experience that can help lead our clients into the new age of media buying. This person should have strong problem-solving skills to deal with new challenges as they arise, have excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad audience, be organized and detailed oriented, and possess a passion to be a programmatic evangelist. This person should know the ins and outs of programmatic buying tools and be able to dissect campaign performance. The Supervisor of Programmatic must also have a working knowledge of RTB, PMPs, DSPs, SSPs/ ad exchanges, and 3rd party data providers. All candidates must be comfortable with working in a cross-office environment and possesses a start-up mentality.
