We are excited to announce that this November, 360i is bringing its impactful den (Digital Education for Nonprofits) workshop to the nonprofit community in Atlanta. The den is a free, all day workshop designed to empower nonprofits to be smart marketers in the digital age through knowledge sharing, tools, and free resources.
The Atlanta event – which marks 360i’s third iteration of the den – will take place on Tuesday, November 2 and continue this year’s theme, “Navigating the Future of Giving”. Attendees will learn from subject matter experts who will share research and insights, social media, paid social and search tactics, designed to educate nonprofits and prepare them for a new generation of donors.
The den was born of the desire to share 360i’s digital marketing expertise with as many nonprofits as possible. After speaking with a number of organizations about their challenges – many related to limited resources, an aging donor base, and a lack of deep understanding of the ever-changing digital and social spaces where potential donors are spending more and more of their time – the team at 360i recognized the opportunity to help nonprofits by “teaching a man to fish,” and developed a workshop that would give them the skillset and resources to make the most of their marketing dollars.
Previous attendees, like Jeb Davis, of the Chicago House Advocate Board, have said the den help him “understand how common media strategies can translate to Chicago House and how [we] can drive broader engagement with our supporters and the LGBTQ community.” Culinary Care Founder, Courtney White, said that ‘the den’ helped her gain perspective on what matters: “In the world of marketing it’s so easy to get caught up on the what, and [the den] reminded me that what we really need to focus on is the why. I’m definitely leaving … with a new perspective on where to focus my time and energy!”
To date, the teachings of the den have reached over 500,000 nonprofit marketers. If you think your organization (or one you know) would benefit from the den, grab a seat at our Atlanta workshop on November 2 2017 here.
