360i Brings ‘The DEN’ – Digital Education for Nonprofits – Back to New York City

We are thrilled to announce that this May, 360i is bringing ‘The DEN’ – Digital Education for Nonprofits – back to the nonprofit community in New York City. The DEN is a free, one-day workshop designed to empower nonprofits to be smart marketers in the digital age through knowledge sharing, tools, and free resources. Following it’s New York launch in 2016, and expanding to Chicago and Atlanta in 2017, The DEN is now coming full circle to educate a new set of nonprofit marketers eager to learn best practices for the ever-evolving digital marketing space.

The upcoming workshop will take place on Wednesday, May 16 at our New York headquarters. Attendees will learn from subject matter experts who will share their collective insights and success tactics across Consumer Research, Social Media, Experience Design, Influencer Marketing, and Paid Social and Search. The full program is uniquely designed to educate nonprofits and prepare them for a new generation of donors.

The DEN was born of 360i’s desire to share our digital marketing expertise with as many nonprofits as possible. After speaking with a number of organizations about their challenges – many pertaining to limited resources, an aging donor base, and a lack of deep understanding of the ever-changing digital and social spaces where potential donors are spending more and more of their time – the team at 360i recognized the “teach a man to fish” opportunity and developed a workshop that would give nonprofit marketers the skillset and resources to make the most of their marketing dollars.

Previous attendees have found the day extremely valuable. Trisha Pentavore from Habitat for Humanity said, “I learned more in the first hour and a half today than I did from an entire conference my company had to pay for.” Stephanie Denzer from Spark Ventures said, “I left with a slew of notes, from big ideas to smaller strategic adjustments, that I was able to implement across the various platforms we use to raise awareness and support for our work.”
