360i had released new proprietary software that aims to uncover precisely what smart assistants Google Home and Amazon Alexa are sharing and saying back to consumers. Early data from the Voice Search Monitor (VSM) software, indicates that Google Home is six times more likely to provide an answer than Amazon Alexa.
The results stand in stark contrast to Alexa’s nearly 70% market share dominance. In its first round of testing, VSM asked each device the same 3,000 questions.
