NEW YORK – Digital marketing agency 360i has been named a Leader in the October 2012 Forrester Research, Inc., report “The Forrester Wave: Search Marketing Agencies, Q4 2012.” According to Forrester, “360i receives top scores in both the current offering and strategy sections” of the review and is among vendors who “lead the way toward discovery marketing” — “due to its strong paid search and social media capabilities and for its unwavering strategic focus on employee and client education.”
In addition to its position as a leader, 360i received the top scores for Strategy, Market Research, Client Operations and Strength of Management Team. The agency also tied for the highest scores in Reporting & Analytics, Social Media, Mobile Search, Executive Vision and Development Strategy. Forrester further states that 360i’s client operations are “best-in-class” and reports that clients are “…well satisfied and likely to renew.”
Forrester also cited that “the agency has proprietary tools to optimize non-website content assets and promote brand visibility in nontraditional search environments. It preemptively diagnoses issues with paid ad performance, based on reverse-engineering Google’s Quality Score. And it can trigger paid search ads off keyword mentions in brand posts or user posts in brand timelines.”
According to 360i Executive Vice President Jared Belsky, “We’re thrilled to be named a Leader in this report. We believe it’s a true testament to the dedication we have for our clients and to our heritage as search marketing leaders.”
For the report, Forrester evaluated seven vendors, using marketer surveys, forecast data, expert interviews, client inquiries and past research to establish 25 criteria by which it reviewed the agencies. Participating agencies focus on search services, offer a balance of paid search and SEO offerings and focus on delivering solutions to enterprise clients with over $1 billion in revenues.
