360i Chairwoman Sarah Hofstetter took the stage today at the 65th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, alongside Mondelez International’s Chief Marketing Officer, North America, Jason Levine, to challenge the industry to “Think Like a Toddler.”

In the packed Debussy Theatre inside the iconic Palais des Festivals, Sarah and Jason shared insights about the two types of mindsets cultivated from a very young age: one that assumes intelligence and creative abilities are innate and fixed, and one that views any challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow. While we all start out as toddlers with enthusiasm for learning and a lack of awareness of our own limitations, somewhere along the way that gets lost. But we need to find it. The success of our companies and careers hinge on adopting the right mindset and allowing ourselves to think like a toddler again – before it’s too late.
