Today we’re excited to announce the opening of our new office in São Paulo and the official launch of 360i Brazil. It’s been a big year for 360i expansion – this latest outpost follows the opening of our first international offices in London and Toronto earlier this year.
Our decision to expand into Brazil now comes as a direct result of client demand, and the existing work we’re doing in this market. As our CEO Bryan Wiener stated in our official announcement about the news, “Brazil is a high growth market that is host to the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Summer Olympics, events which many of our clients are involved in, making it an opportune time to expand so that we can better address their needs.”
To help us hit the ground running, we’ve partnered with the Brazilian agency LOV, one of our sister companies in the Dentsu Network. Headed by CEO João Muniz and CCO André Piva, LOV is the second largest digital agency in Brazil, with 120 employees and clients including Sony, Toyota and Mondelēz. André Franca, current COO of LOV, has been named our Managing Director of 360i Brazil.
To date, we’ve already partnered with LOV to service a number of brands in Latin America, including our current client Mondelēz, for Club Social, the number one branded cracker in Brazil. For Club Social, we built a strong strategic foundation for their digital voice and cultural point of view, and created the brand’s first regional Latin America biscuit community on Facebook.
Many thanks to our clients and our 360iers around the globe for your support. Please join us as we welcome our new team in Brazil: Bem vindos à 360i!
