Forrester Names 360i a ‘Leader’ in Annual Report of Top Agencies

We’re honored to share that we’ve been named a Leader in Forrester Research’s biennial WAVE report evaluating agencies’ with top search marketing practices (The Forrester Wave: Search Marketing Agencies, Q4 2012). In the report, Forrester notes that “360i receives top scores in both the current offering and strategy sections due to its strong paid search and social media capabilities.” Forrester also gave us perfect scores in categories including strategy, paid search, SEO, social media, research and mobile search, and applauded our “unwavering strategic focus on employee and client education.”

As noted by Digiday, the trend of discovery “calls for a different breed of agency” that leads the way in helping marketers be discovered across platforms and devices. In this report, Forrester commends us for ushering in this new era of “holistic discovery marketing.”

For this report, Forrester evaluated seven agencies who offer both paid search and SEO to enterprise clients with over $1 billion in revenues. The independent research firm used marketer surveys, forecast data, expert interviews and client inquiries in their evaluation. Forrester also included our proprietary technologies in their evaluation, such as our tools to optimize a brand’s content and assets across websites, blogs and social media channels. Other tools receiving recognition include our technology to trigger paid search ads off of keywords mentioned in social media, and our tool to preemptively diagnose issues with paid ad performance based on reverse-engineering Google’s Quality Score.
