Client Finance Analyst (New York, NY) – This person will provide financial support to client account teams and monitor client budgets on a project basis. He/she should have 1-2 years of ad agency experience with a track record in forecasting, month end close, billing or analysis; excellent communication skills; and a collaborative working style. Ideal candidates will also be flexible, driven and able to thrive in a team environment. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with senior management and dealing with a fast-paced work environment, as they will be expected to assume the role of primary financial contact for account team and resource manager on assigned client business.

Supervisor, Programmatic (Atlanta, GA) – We’re looking for someone to help lead our clients into the new age of media buying. This person should have strong general problem-solving skills to deal with new challenges as they arise, have excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad audience, and possess a passion to be a programmatic evangelist. He/she should know the programmatic ecosystem and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of RTB, PMPs, DSPs, SSPs/ ad exchanges, and 3rd party data providers. Candidates also will be liaising with clients in providing regular deliverables and communicating programmatic updates and innovations relevant to their business. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of programmatic experience.

Media Manager, Paid Search (Chicago, IL) –  The Media Manager should have expertise in paid search marketing to assist in the development and implementation of media strategies, ability to craft recommendations based on performance insights, and a proven track record with bidding and budget management. This person must be detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to think creatively to solve challenges. The Media Manager is a large contributor to the overall success of the business as they will own the day-to-day management of the account and help train, develop and lead the team towards success. He/she must be organized, well-spoken and have leadership qualities as they manage and delegate projects to meet client needs. 1-1.5 years of experience is required.

Supervisor, Creative Assets (Los Angeles, CA) –  This person will be a trusted member of the digital media team, whose main focus is to make sure all creative material needs are properly expressed to the client and that very detailed timelines are set to ensure on-time delivery for media activations. He/she will work closely with the internal media team and the client’s production/creative department, so being able to communicate efficiently across teams is an integral part of this position. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of digital media experience as well as an understanding of media planning.

Experience Architect (New York, NY) – We are seeking a skilled problem solver that leverages strong analytical capabilities to facilitate, generate and execute great user experiences for our clients and their end users. Acting as an advocate for our clients’ needs with key consideration for their users, the Experience Architect is a true veteran of human-centered design, interaction design and design research. This person will also ensure that all the business and user requirements are met while presenting the information, and must be well versed with the principles of designing for digital in order to comprehend the design elements so that the experience is usable in every sense.
