The first few weeks of June have been quite exciting here at 360i. We kicked off the 2017 Summer Internship and Junior Associate Program and brought on 54 enthusiastic, driven young minds across our US offices. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Menno Kluin as our new Chief Creative Officer and Tiffany Francis as our new Chief Talent Officer. SEO Analyst (New York, NY) – We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of organic search engine optimization, a natural sense of curiosity, and web technology background that fuels client solution and innovation. He/she will have a strong technical background that essentially mirrors that of a developer who has built multiple websites and has the ability to understand and use different coding techniques and various programs/platforms. This person is responsible for technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis. This person must have one year of SEO experience and technical leadership qualities to mentor other team members on the latest web technologies.

Media Supervisor, Paid Social (Los Angeles, CA) – 360i is looking for someone with paid social expertise who can demonstrate passion and thought leadership when it comes to paid social channels. The Media Supervisor will drive paid social strategy development and oversee its flawless execution for one of the world’s leading retail brands. A working knowledge of Insights Tools such as Facebook Insights and/or Twitter Analytics is key, as well as strong analytic and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of paid social/display campaign management and experience in retail/e-commerce.

Associate Data Scientist (Atlanta, GA) –  The Associate Data Scientist will work directly with 360i clients and internal media and account teams to analyze marketing programs’ performance and build solutions to solve core business challenges for a client.  Key responsibilities will include understanding clients’ information needs and extracting data in order to create analytics deliverables. He/she will be mentored by senior members of the department with the goal of learning more advanced data science skills such as API usage, Python and R development, time series forecasting, machine learning techniques, cloud-based computing, and statistical test design. This person should have 3+ years of experience of business analysis or an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Management Science, Finance, or any other relevant area.

VP Integrated Media (Chicago, IL) – The VP of Integrated Media will provide media leadership on multiple businesses/brands inclusive of Media AOR relationships, but not limited to. This person is responsible for providing strategic direction and demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of their client’s business as well as the overall technology/competitive landscape. This person is also charged with all general management aspects of the team, including team collaboration, team harmony, big-picture strategic thinking, and financial performance. They should be an integrated media leader who understands communications planning, media strategy, and has 12+ years of media planning experience.

Creative Resource Manager (New York, NY) – The Creative Resource Manager provides operational and resourcing support for Creative leadership, and is focused on optimizing team/account billability and utilization. This person is expected to determine and implement Resource Management processes and advise on resource allocation decisions. The Resource Manager offers recommendations to CCO, GCD and CDs to determine which creatives are available and best suited to be assigned to upcoming projects, in addition to identifying potential new hires. This position requires 5-7 years of agency, Resourcing, Staffing, Operations/Billability and/or Project Management experience.
