New Business Designer (New York, NY) – We’re looking for a visual storyteller that will tell 360i’s narrative through various mediums inclusive of: illustration, deck design, motion and graphics. Successful candidates will be creative and resourceful visual thinkers, have a keen work ethic, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and like working in a startup-esque environment. This person is a positive, highly methodical designer with 3-5 years of past work experience, who is proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Integrated Media Manager (Chicago, IL) – We’re looking for an Integrated Media Manager to oversee integrated planning and buying. This person will serve as a partner to teams across the agency and key counsel to our clients. They are a nimble, dynamic, and poised leader who understands the various marketing challenges that our clients face, while empowering reports to think creatively and strategically across all lines of business. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as tenacity and passion for delivering outstanding media ideas. They should have 7+ years of digital and integrated media experience.
Programmatic Manager (Los Angeles, CA) – We’re looking for a programmatic expert with experience working in the entertainment industry and proven mastery of video planning and buying. This person has strong general problem-solving skills, is an excellent communicator, organized, detailed oriented, and possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They are expected to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and YouTube, along with evaluating potential partners, dissecting campaign performances, and implementing optimizations. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience with self-serving planning, booking, managing, and optimizing campaigns.
Supervisor, Media Technology (Atlanta, GA) – The Supervisor of Media Technology is responsible for managing a team of ad operations members, while working with internal teams to identify roles, responsibilities, and key stakeholders, along with facilitating the gathering of assets, traffic instructions, and creation of ad serving tags. This person will support the client needs, providing consultative support from a technical and operational perspective to the creative and media teams. In addition, they must have a strong understanding of ad serving capabilities within rich media, VAST/VPAID implementation, mobile, creative process, dynamic ads, and experience in campaign implementation and execution. This role requires 4-7 years of relevant industry experience.
Corporate Marketing Manager (New York, NY) – We’re seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to grow the agency’s reputation and culture through high-visibility marketing initiatives. This individual must have excellent writing and communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and marketing experience. A proven record of event planning and execution is a plus. They will work closely with agency leadership to ideate and plan marketing initiatives and will work across internal and external resources to execute, owning the content curation and creation, timeline, process, and budget.
