Motion Designer – New York, NY
We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our Motion Graphics team at 360i. The Motion Designer works with our Creative team to edit and produce motion/video concept ideas for product branding, promotion and advertising for our entertainment brands: Bravo, HBO and others like United. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative work environment. You will have strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.

Integrated Media Manager – Chicago, IL 
360i is looking for a seasoned Media Manager to join an established team. This role requires expertise in paid search marketing to assist in the development and implementation of media strategies. The ideal candidate should have the ability to craft recommendations based on performance insights, and have a proven track record with bidding and budget management.

Associate Manager, Programmatic – New York, NY 
The ideal candidate is someone who loves to learn and enjoys tinkering with things until the desired results are achieved. This person should be passionate about understanding the programmatic ecosystem including: RTB, PMPs, DSPs, SSPs/ ad exchanges, and 3rd party data providers. The person we are looking for possesses a start-up mentality and likes to get their hands dirty. They will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, from campaign architecture to targeting to bid strategies. 

Conversion Strategist – Atlanta, GA 
The Conversion Strategist is an expert in developing conversion strategies and testing plans for online enterprises. This person should have experience conducting conversion audits, analyzing website usability and developing efficient test scenarios that lead to enhanced site performance.  The ideal candidate is a creative, highly analytical professional who can work with PhD mathematicians to extract every nugget of information from the customer journey and author a user experience that drives conversion. 

Senior Strategist – New York, NY 
360i is looking for an experienced Senior Strategist to join our team in the New York office. This person will craft integrated strategies and serve as a trusted client advisor for several of our agency’s biggest accounts. The ideal candidate for this role has experience in both creative planning as well as comms planning. You are equally comfortable working with media counterparts as you are creative counterparts. You’re a self-starter, but recognize the value of collaboration (we’re a close-knit team). You are constantly striving to unlock the challenger spirit for the brands you work on. 

Media Manager, Integrated Media – New York, NY 
The Media Manager is responsible for planning, optimizing and reporting campaigns to meet and surpass the clients’ success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other projects and planning. He/she understands how bids relate to keyword performance and campaign efficiency so they can optimize and manage campaign budget allocation.
