Then, on the other side of the world, we were inspired by the epic Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, and did a deep dive into the lives of a few female athletes here at 360i, giving us one more reason to be proud of the talent within our own walls. As we jump into March, we’re continuing to look for motivated, passionate individuals to join our award-winning team.

Senior Integrated Producer (New York, NY) – We’re looking for a Senior Producer to lead the execution of largely integrated engagements, develop and manage project timelines and resources, and take ownership of project efficiency and team satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be able to inspire confidence within the agency and client teams and manage interdisciplinary teams and junior producers. This role requires strong creative problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience scoping and managing large engagements, and 5-7 years of prior experience.

Group Account Director (Chicago, IL) – The role of the Group Account Director is to drive business growth, deliver outstanding client service, and provide innovative and ambitious solutions to our clients’ most pressing problems. They will lead strategy development and own key agency initiatives that contribute to culture, industry knowledge, and agency growth. This person should be fluent in media channels including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic, and have a positive attitude and sense of accountability. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Manager, Digital Analytics (Los Angeles, CA) –  The Analytics Manager will lead major advanced analytics engagements with key 360i clients, focusing on transforming data, analysis and reporting into insights, recommendations, and results. The ideal candidate will go beyond reporting to peel away the layers of data and suggest constructive marketing test, advanced analytics engagements, consumer deep dives, and competitive opportunities to improve business performance on a regular basis. Collaboration is at the core of our business success, so this person will need to create a tightknit and dynamic relationship with our clients and the Media and Account teams. This position requires 7+ years of relevant media or analytics experience.

SEO Strategist (Atlanta, GA) – The role of SEO Strategist requires a deep understanding of organic search engine optimization, a natural sense of curiosity, and proven experience in developing SEO strategies. This person will translate clients’ business goals into successful search engine optimization strategies, perform technical site analyses, competitive and keyword research, and link analyses. They will also be responsible for optimizing various site elements, including site structure, content-based marketing campaigns, and guiding the development of reports which highlight trends from ongoing SEO efforts. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of SEO experience.

Marketing & Communications Manager (New York, NY) – We are seeking a creative, organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Manager to grow the agency’s reputation and culture through high-visibility marketing initiatives. This individual must have excellent writing and communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and marketing experience. A proven record of event planning and execution is a plus. They will work closely with leadership to ideate and plan marketing initiatives. Additionally, they will work across internal and external resources to execute initiatives, owning the content curation and creation, timeline, process, and budget.
