We were recently named Chili’s Integrated Media Agency of Record, and hired by MINI to join their inter-agency team. And because good things come in threes, we also launched an Amazon Marketing capability to help our clients capitalize on change in a world that is increasingly dominated by the e-commerce giant.

New Business Manager (New York, NY) –  360i is looking for a New Business Manager to help the company refine and scale its new business operations during a period of rapid growth. This is a unique opportunity to get into a role that will have significant exposure to senior leadership at the company, and how great brand strategy, media and creative come to life. You will receive significant training and exposure, and have the opportunity to shape both your role and your career path. We are looking for someone who can create presentations, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and is both highly organized and insatiably curious. He/she should have 3-5 years of experience in a New Business or Account Management role.

Account Manager (Chicago, IL) – We are looking for a passionate, committed Account Manager on our Chicago team to work on two Fortune 500 CPG brands. This person should understand the marketing challenges that our clients face and be willing to dive in and help them to understand our strategic recommendations and timeline for success while simultaneously leading multiple work streams for the team. He/she should have 2+ years of account management/client services experience in digital/online media, as well as a demonstrated personal and professional immersion in social marketing. Experience with CPG brand marketing is considered a plus.

Analyst, Digital Analytics (Los Angeles, CA) –  The Digital Analytics Analyst will assist in efforts to transform data and reporting into insights, recommendations, and results. The ideal candidate will go beyond reporting, peel away the layers of data, and suggest constructive marketing tests and competitive opportunities to improve business performance on a regular basis. He/She should be able to use SAS, SPSS, Python, R or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, modeling, and reporting. This person should have 1-2 years related industry experience and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Director of Communications Strategy (Atlanta, GA) – The Director of Comms Strategy will partner with in-house teams in Insights, Media, Creative, Analytics, and Tech to raise the bar in how we leverage business, brand, and consumer information to answer clients’ marketing challenges. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can succinctly translate the client’s marketing challenges and objectives into meaningful and actionable communication objectives and agency briefs. This person is the lead ambassador for the strategic process – ensuring strategies and plans are grounded in objective based planning and deep consumer understanding, reflective of innovative ideas, inclusive of relevant consumer touch points across bought, owned, earned, and shared media, and accountable to business, brand, and advertising metrics. We are looking for someone with 8-10+ years of experience in strategy with an emphasis on strategic communications planning.

Senior Account Manager (New York, NY) – 360i is looking for a proactive, energetic Account Manager to take an exciting role working on integrated marketing campaigns for several brands. This role will manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital advertising & content creation, influencer marketing, experiential and print as well as the implementation of detailed custom media programs, with room to grow. The ideal candidate understands how to work across inter-disciplinary teams, manages projects to tight timelines and maintains a positive attitude. He/she should have 2-3 years of agency experience working on fully integrated campaigns across multiple brands and products.
