H&R Block Celebrates Tax Refunds with ‘Billion Back Records’

March 13, 2014

With only a month left to file taxes, H&R Block is helping to make sure Americans don’t again miss out on the estimated billion dollars that taxpayers left on the table by doing their own taxes last year.

This week, H&R Block launched a new record label, Billion Back Records, as part of its “Billion Back” campaign to encourage people to get excited about receiving their tax refunds.

360i is partnering with H&R Block and ten of the most captivating YouTube personalities on the web to release original songs and videos about all the possible ways to enjoy a tax refund. Hailing from across the country, the diverse roster of YouTube talent spans from beloved personalities like iJustine and Joey Graceffa to emerging musicians like Pomplamoose and Jason Chen. Together, the artists command a following of 300 million fans and represent a variety of genres including Pop, Rock, Indie and Country.

The videos will be released every few days on YouTube and announced on the H&R Block Facebook page. Fans are encouraged to channel their own inner “rockstar” for the chance to win music-themed prizes, including concert tickets, tricked-out multimedia equipment and a custom guitar by following @HRBlock on Twitter and sharing what makes them a rockstar.
