Oreo Seeks Brand Evangelists for Global AmbassadOREO Program

Oreo, a client of 360i, is on the hunt to find its most passionate fans from around the world for a special program that puts them at the center of it all. The chosen Oreo Ambassadors will join the brand in spreading its 100th birthday mission through 2013 by helping their respective communities “Celebrate the Kid Inside” through the global AmbassadOREO program.

Later this summer, Oreo will feature ten finalists demonstrating the most personality, creativity, commitment and brand love on the brand’s Facebook page and open the competition up to a community vote. The five finalists with the most votes will become official Oreo Ambassadors from the United States. Dozens of additional winners will be chosen from markets around the world.

Winners will receive a trip to New York City in September, where they will be introduced at a global Oreo event and take an oath to help Oreo extend its movement to recapture and spread the wonder of youth. There, the Oreo Ambassadors will get the inside scoop on the Oreo brand and become a part of the mission to celebrate the kid inside in their own towns in cities – every single day.

With more than 26 million fans, Oreo is one of the largest and most engaged brands on Facebook. Through the AmbassadOREO program, Oreo is embracing its global community and empowering fans to extend the 100th birthday mission in a way that puts fans at the center of the story – no matter where they live.
