This December we saw a great deal of excitement as those on Twitter celebrated the end of 2015 and the coming of a New Year. Steve Harvey’s incorrect announcement of the Miss Universe Pageant winner gave viewers and non-viewers a reason to weigh in on the big slipup on Twitter. One Direction’s final performance before taking a break had fans reminding one another that there will be more to come after the band gets some likely much needed rest, while Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello spread holiday cheer by encouraging fans to tweet at her with hopes of receiving a follow. The final Republican debate of the year took place and drew a larger volume of conversation than the one previous in November, and Louis Tomlinson of One Direction celebrated his birthday.
